Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small records a browser stores and sends with relevant website requests. They can support a session without requiring an account. Browser local storage and session storage also keep information on your device, but their records are not automatically attached to HTTP requests.
This policy describes the technologies used by the current website. Read it with the Privacy policy for information about enquiries, email and server records.
Essential form session
The request form uses a first-party session cookie when it contacts the form handler. The cookie contains a session identifier, not the name, email address or service description entered in the form. The associated server session supports security-token checks, submission handling and limits intended to reduce misuse.
The cookie is configured as a session cookie, with no persistent expiry date. Browsers generally remove session cookies when the session ends, but browser session-restore features can preserve them. Server session records have a separate lifetime determined by the hosting configuration.
The cookie is marked HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. On a correctly configured secure connection, it is also marked Secure. These settings support request protection; they do not guarantee that every transmission or hosting environment is secure.
Remembering the notice
When you select “Got it”, the website attempts to save a record in local storage on your device. The record contains a notice version and acknowledgement time. It does not contain your enquiry fields and is not sent to the server by the notice feature.
The acknowledgement is treated as valid for 180 days. After that, the notice appears again on a visit. The stored record is not automatically deleted when that period ends; it remains until replaced by a new acknowledgement or removed through browser controls.
If local storage is unavailable, the website tries session storage, which generally lasts for the current tab session. If both are unavailable, you can dismiss the notice on the current page, but it may reappear on another page or visit.
Storage at a glance

These items do not create an advertising profile. Deleting them can reset the notice or interrupt the form session, but does not delete enquiry emails or server records.
Analytics, advertising and external services
The current website does not load analytics trackers, advertising cookies, remarketing pixels or third-party font services. Its interactive visuals do not require optional tracking consent. The cookie notice does not enable an optional tracking category when acknowledged.
External websites you choose to visit may use their own cookies and policies. A cookie set by a separate website is governed by that website's practices. If this website later adds optional tracking, its notice and controls must be updated and any required consent obtained before that tracking is activated.
Your cookie settings
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page to reopen the notice. “Got it” acknowledges the explanation and remembers that choice on the current browser where storage is available. It does not switch advertising on, delete existing cookies or block the essential form session.
Use your browser's site-data or privacy settings to inspect, delete or block cookies and browser storage for this website. Clearing only cookies may leave local storage intact; to reset the acknowledgement, clear the website's local and session storage as well.
Preferences apply to the browser and device where they are stored. Using another browser, private browsing, clearing site data or storage restrictions can cause the notice to appear again. Browser controls and session-restoration behavior vary.
What happens if storage is blocked
You can generally read the website without the form session cookie. Blocking that cookie may prevent the server from validating or processing an enquiry. Blocking notice storage mainly affects whether the notice remains dismissed.
The form's on-screen acknowledgement does not verify successful server processing or email delivery. If cookies are blocked or receipt needs to be confirmed, contact the operator directly rather than relying on that display.
Cookies are separate from enquiry records
The cookie and acknowledgement record are not copies of your form submission. Request details may be handled by the operator's email system and relevant service providers, while the hosting environment may keep technical logs and session records.
Clearing a browser cookie does not withdraw a request, cancel a provider arrangement or erase records held elsewhere. Contact the operator about your personal information and the provider about its separate records.

This policy may change when the technologies or purposes used by the website change. The date above identifies the latest published version. Review this page for current information; optional activities requiring permission must not be enabled merely because this policy has been updated.
